My stay at Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort was a mixed bag. The hotel had beautiful grounds and friendly staff who really made an effort to provide excellent service. However, I encountered some issues with my room's amenities that left me a bit disappointed, especially considering the hotel's reputation.

I stayed in a standard double room on the ground floor. While it was clean and had a beautiful canal view, the space felt a bit worn and could use some updates. The shower was tiny which made it awkward to use, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff here were fantastic. They greeted me with warm smiles and were super helpful with dinner reservations and tips on getting around Venice. They even went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival with an early check-in.
